The first Bargersville area Scarecrow Madness is hosted by The Hope Gallery, a nonprofit located in the heart of Bargersville. The Hope Gallery is a branch of The Alex and Ali Foundation, providing vocational training for adults with developmental disabilities. While the Gallery sells art made by their Team Members and other disabled artists across the US, they also sell ice cream novelties and other sweet treats!
