A GREAT TIP FOR DOING HANDS!

Use the plastic gloves and stuff them, I used cotton balls here.

Spray the plastic gloves a flesh color or a monster color.

You can tape them to the pool noodle.

Have a roll of clear inexpensive packing tape! Grab one of your larger bags! A dog food bag, this is a large target bag.  Stuff it FULL of small plastic store bags. fold it to form a torso and tape it to the pole.

Next stuff two mid size bags full and attach for shoulders and rear end.

Tape to each other and all over.

Tape over the shoulders.

use pool noodles for legs and arms and attach with large pipe cleaners.

I first use scissors or a screwdriver to punch a hole through the pool noodles and feed the pipe cleaner (or string or rope) thru, then tape the pipe cleaner on the bag area.

I usually cut a hole in the pants for the pole to stick through in the middle (or I run the pole along the noodle)  Do the same for the arms and clothes your scarecrow!  the head should slip right on the paper towel tube and stand straight!!!

You can attach more bags to the noodles and stuff the legs.
